One of the features most commonly noted by new residents in our neighborhood is how clean and appealing the entire neighborhood looks. Part of the reason for this is because Eastern Forest is protected by Architectural Review Guidelines and Protective Covenants. Copies of both are provided below, as is a form to submit for changes to your home or property.
