The Association has a Board of Directors comprised of homeowners who have volunteered their time and energies on behalf of the Eastern Forest community. Their job is to see that the common areas are maintained, propose to the Association a budget, oversee the budget, ensure that financial obligations of the Association are met, appoint committee members, etc. New Board Members are volunteers that serve a one year term. There can be up to 15 Board of Director members.
